Low Cost General Purpose 3M™ VHB™ Tapes

Its high temperature performance enables bonding of materials in applications with high operating temperatures - such as prior to processing in a powder coating line. This is an excellent multi-material bonding tape.

3M™ VHB™ GPH110 GF High Temperature Tape and 3M™ VHB™ GPH160 GF High Temperature Tape have a great capability to bond to a wide variety of substrates, which makes it a good fit for multi-material bonding. It offers high temperature performance (short term +230° C; long term +150° C), and high initial tack. The soft foam enables stress relaxation and an easy application. GPH 110 has a good balance of high temperature and peel & shear performance, as well as good sealing properties – making it suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

3M™ 4614 Sign Makers Tape is a clear, double-coated acrylic foam tape with a high tack acrylic adhesive. This tape has a plain white filmic liner. 4614 sign makers tape is a high performance, double coated acrylic foam product which possesses a good balance between shear peel and high tack adhesion. It has been designed to be suitable for a range of bonding applications which require a level of adhesion higher than standard double coated foam tapes, but perhaps lower than higher-performance 3M™ VHB™ tapes.

3M™ 4611 VHB™ General Purpose Tape is a dark grey, 1.1mm thick general-purpose adhesive with firm foam that has the added feature of high temperature resistance. The fast and easy to use permanent bonding method provides high strength and long-term durability. It offers design flexibility with its viscoelasticity and powerful ability to bond to a variety of surfaces.
