3M™ 4936 VHB™ Acrylic Foam Tape is a conformable, acrylic foam tape from the very high bond (VHB) range. This acrylic foam tape has been created with performance for bonding to plasticised vinyl in mind, to ensure correct application it uses a specially formulated adhesive which resists plasticiser migration. We recommend this foam tape for work with paints and primers that require special adhesive care.

3M™ 5952 VHB™ Acrylic Foam Tape and 3M™ 5962F VHB™ Acrylic Foam Tape utilise a modified acrylic adhesive on both sides of a adhesive foam core, which is very conformable, providing adhesion the broadest range of surfaces covered in other materials, including most powder coated paints. This adhesive tape doesn’t usually require surfaces to be prepared. It is also suitable for use in many interior and exterior industrial applications, with a temperature range -30°C to +121°C.

3M™ 5925 VHB™ Acrylic Foam Tape has a modified acrylic adhesive on both sides of a very conformable adhesive foam core, providing adhesion to the broadest range of substrates, including most powder coated paints. This clear material is ideal for joining transparent material as its virtually invisible fastening helps keep surfaces smooth, with no unsightly rivet heads or weld marks. The high dynamic stress absorption reduces vibration and impact stress.

3M™ 4956 VHB™ Acrylic Foam Tape replaces rivets, bolts, screws, welding, and liquid adhesives. Incredible very high bond (VHB) strength guarantees a strong bond. Soft conformable foam moulds to irregular surfaces, and bonds well to painted metals, plastic, and glass. The temperature range for this tape is 30°C to 150°C. Further, it dampens noise, shock, and vibration. It also resists moisture, UV, solvents, and plasticizers.
