3M™ VHB™ High Temperature Tapes are a new generation of VHB products which solve the challenges of temperature resistance and multi material bonding when temperatures reach ranges of up to 230°C.

3M™ VHB™ GPH060 GF High Temperature Tape is a grey-coloured, double-coated acrylic foam tape. This foam tape is an excellent choice for bonding materials in environments that are prone to very high temperatures, such as when preparing for processing in a powder coating line. This High Temperature Tape can bond with various materials.

3M™ VHB™ GPH110 GF High Temperature Tape offers high temperature performance (short term +230° C; long term +150° C), high initial tack, and the soft foam enables stress relaxation and an easy application. Further, it provides a good balance of high temperature and peel & shear performance, good sealing properties, and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

3M™ VHB™ GPH160 GF High Temperature Tape is a must-have multi-material bonding foam take that performs well in extreme temperatures. This tape is especially useful when working with metals that have a high or medium surface energy (e. g. stainless steel) or when working with plastics such as Polyamide, PMMA, and ABS).
