3M Scotch-Weld nitrile high performance plastic adhesive 1099 is a fast drying and heat curable plastic adhesive. Bonds have high strength; resist weathering, water, oil and fuel. It is excellent for bonding most vinyl extrusions and sheeting. Also bonds fabrics, foams, and many plastics.

- Plasticizer resistant
- Resists weathering, water, oil, plasticizer migration, and alphalitic fuels
- Meets MMM-A-189C, Class 2
