3M 420 lead foil tape is an electrically and thermally conductive tape which is highly conformable and resistant to flame, moisture, weather, UV, and chemicals.
- Electrically conductive - 'thieving' action eliminates metal plating edge build-up
- Acid resistant - 3M Lead Foil Tape is applicable in many etchings, milling and plating operations
- Malleable - high conformability, can be worked easily with burnishing tools
- High density - 3M Lead Foil Tapes are an ideal weighting or balancing medium
- X-ray opacity - helps protect components from x-rays. Very effective as a marker or locator in x-ray inspection operations
