3M™ 201E High Performance Masking Tape
3M™ 201E High Performance Masking Tape is a premium quality paper tape masking tape used for short term paint masking, paper aproning and fixing, bundling, holding, and sealing. This crepe paper is chamois coloured and coated in a speciality made cross-linked rubber resin adhesive. This supreme quality tape is fantastic for paper masking and when trying to reduce paint build-up.
3M™ 201E prevents is a fantastic painter’s tape as it prevents bleed through and has an operating temperature range up to 80°C for up to one hour. This is a tape that has been designed with only indoor applications in mind. We do not recommend this tape in applications that might expose it to prolonged periods of weather damage or sunlight as it might be difficult to remove.
This tape is very conformable thanks to the crepe paper backing, it will work well even when formed around corners. The backing has been made with saturated coating allowing easy tear and ensuring that there is no slivering whilst remaining easy to tear with hands.
