3M™ Scotch-Weld™ 74

For bonding flexible urethane or latex foam together or to many other materials like wood, metal, and plastics. (Note: This adhesive is not recommended for bonding vinyl plastics.)

Outstanding features: Extra coverage, bonds immediately, soft, non-dimpling glue lines, long bonding range. The precise spray control lets you spray adhesive only where you want it - up to an edge, not over. Misting and overspray are reduced. The variable spray width provides one to three inch wide spray pattern. Contains no methylene chloride, 1,1,1-trichloroethane or chlorofluorocarbons.

3M™ Scotch-Weld™ 75

3M™ Scotch-Weld™ 75 Adhesive is a pressure sensitive aerosol adhesive suitable for temporary holding or positioning of lightweight materials for display, or prior to final assembly. The bonding range is from 5 seconds to several hours and allows even the lightest materials and tissues to be lifted and repeatedly repositioned. 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ 75 is a clear adhesive which will not bleed through, stain or wrinkle materials.

This adhesive does not embrittle with age. Suitable for bonding paper, tissue, cardboard, acetate film, foils, fabrics, plastic sheeting, rubber etc. Is widely used in textile cutting rooms for holding patterns in place, preventing transfers moving during printing and affixing removable labels.

3M™ Scotch-Weld™ 76

Spray 76 Adhesive is an aerosol adhesive which has the advantage of nonmisting lace spray pattern. The adjustable spray tip allows for selection of spray width and delivery rate.

The defined edge of the lace spray pattern permits accurate and economical application.

The adhesive develops tack quickly, has one hour bonding range for two surface application, and dries to give high strength bonds which have excellent resistance to water and long term ageing.

3M™ Scotch-Weld™ 77 Permanent Adhesive is a multi-purpose aerosol adhesive.

It is fast tacking and has a long tack range when applied to both surfaces.

3M™ Scotch-Weld™ 77 is a light coloured non staining adhesive. Suitable for bonding lightweight boards, foams, plastics, fabric, paper and insulating materials.

3M™ Scotch-Weld™ 80

Spray 80 Adhesive is a high performance plasticiser resistance neoprene contact adhesive. It features the high strength performance normally associated with bulk sprayable and brushable contact adhesives.

The good plasticiser resistance plus the ability to produce high strength heat resistant bonds to most substrates makes Spray 80 Adhesive ideal for many demanding jobs.

The controlled lace like pattern provides reduced overspray and misting allowing accurate adhesive application. The aerosol applied adhesive dries quickly, allowing bonds to be made three minutes after adhesive application. For operations requiring a longer bonding range you have up to 15 minutes to make the bond.

3M™ Scotch-Weld™ 90

3M™ Scotch-Weld™ 90 Adhesive is an aerosol adhesive designed for a wide variety of applications requiring high initial strength and fast development of ultimate strength.

In some cases, the performance of Spray Adhesive 90 is comparable to that of a conventional brush applied contact adhesive.

The bonds have excellent resistance to water and long term ageing. Bonds most lightweight materials, woods, rubber, glass, upholstery foam and fabrics.
