3M™ Scotch-Weld™ High Performance Epoxy Adhesive DP490
DP490 is a black,
thixotropic, gap filling two
component epoxy adhesive
with particularly good
application characteristics.
It is designed for use where
toughness and high strength
are required and shows
special benefits in the
construction of composite
assemblies.
The product has excellent
heat and environmental
resistance.

3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Structural Adhesive Film AF 163-2
A family of thermosetting modified epoxy structural adhesives in film form, which are available in a variety of weights with or without a supporting carrier.
AF 163-2 films are designed for both solid panel and honeycomb sandwich construction.
High bond strengths from -55° to + 121°.
High fracture toughness and peel strength. Excellent resistance to high moisture environments before and after curing. Freedom from volatile by-products during curing which permits low pressure bonding.

3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Structural Adhesive Film AF 3109-2
A thermo-setting non-volatile modifed epoxy film adhesive designed for bonding of honeycomb and metal-metal components where high strength at 149° is required.
Excellent performance in a variety of applications over a range of temperatures -55° to + 149°.
Improved resistance to high moisture pre-cure conditions. Freedom from volatile by-products during cure permits low pressure bonding.

Scotch-Grip™ 30
A water dispersed sprayable contact adhesive with high bond strength and long bonding range. Non-flammable. Good heat resistance. Post formable.
Ideally suited for high performance laminating applications. Scotch-Grip™ 30 stays very flexible when dry.
Used to bond foamed plastics, plastic laminate, wood,
plywood, wallboard, wood veneer, plaster and canvas to themselves and to each other. A typical application is the bonding of high pressure laminate
to particle board in the manufacture of kitchen worktops, countertops and doors.

847 adhesive is a high
strength, fast setting nitrile
based adhesive. It has
excellent resistance to oil,
fuel and other aliphatic
hydrocarbons, and is
resistant to most migratory
plasticisers.
847 adhesive is suitable for
bonding nitrile and other
rubbers to metal, glass,
plastics and most other
surfaces. It is also suitable
for bonding gaskets to oil
filters etc.

1357 Scotch-Grip™ Neoprene High Performance Contact Adhesive
3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Neoprene High Performance Contact Adhesive can be used to
bond most rubber, cloth, metal, wood, foamed glass, paper honeycomb, decorative
plastic laminates and many other substrates.
3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Neoprene High Performance Contact Adhesive 1357 meets
the specification requirements of MMM-A-121 and MIL-A-21366A.
