3M Scotch Weld
Scotch Weld adhesives give enough time to position or slide the two componants together, then set to handling strength in seconds after compression.
Full strength will then build over a period of approximately 20 minutes to several hours depending on the materials and application. This is ideal because curing can continue to take place on finished materials during either storage or awaiting the next process. This frees up production lines, increases time effciency and cost savings.
They can bond a wide variety of substrates such as wood, fibre reinforced plastic (FRP) and many other plastics to themselves, to metal and glass.
For improved productivity the optional 3M Scotch-Weld adhesive pre-heater maintains four 310ml cartridges ready for instant use. High volume production quantities are also available in a choice of larger containers to suit your requirements. Please contact us for details.
